I/M Program Information:
    OBD program start date: 9/2005

Biennial test required for most recent 24 model years (2 year exemption for new vehicles)

- ASM2 on LDGV, TSI for HDGV up to 10,000 LBS GVWR & FT4WD, AWD or FT/TC.

- OBDII for:  1996+ LDGV UP TO 8,500 LBS GVWR & HDGV 8,501- 10,000 LBS IF OBD-II COMPLIANT;

- OBD ONLY ON 1997+ LDDV UP TO 8,500 LBS GVWR

- HIGH EMIITTER IDENTIFICATION REMOTE SENSING PROGRAM, ALL IM VEHICLES 1968 + (Data collection is performed by Envirotest)

- HEI FAILERS 1996 + MUST PASS BOTH TAILPIPE AND OBD TEST
