Houston-Galveston-Brazoria (HGB) and Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) Program Areas
HGB - Brazoria, Fort Bend, Galveston, Harris, and Montgomery counties
DFW - Collin, Dallas, Denton, Ellis, Johnson, Kaufman, Parker, Rockwall, and Tarrant counties
Model year 1995 and older - ASM testing
Model year 1996 and newer - OBDII testing
Austin Program Area
Travis and Williamson Counties
Model year 1995 and older - TSI testing
Model year 1996 and newer - OBDII testing
El Paso Program Area
El Paso County
