NYTEST start date: January 1999
Transient test (IM240 speed trace, VMAS, BAR 97 bench) on MYs 1981-1995;
Idle test on heavy-duty non-diesel vehicles, 4WD, and traction control vehicles.
Gas cap pressure test on 25 MYs old to MY 1995.
