Welcome to the National OBD Clearinghouse

To facilitate better understanding of On-Board Diagnostics (OBD) technology, the Center for Automotive Science & Technology at Weber State University has established the National OBD Clearinghouse through a US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) grant.

To meet the challenge, the National OBD Clearinghouse facilitates communications, resolves issues and conveys accurate and timely OBD information between public officials and the automotive industry.

To achieve this goal, the Center will work through its steering committee with its partners in the automotive industry to gather and share information on OBD technology and regulatory requirements with public officials and their staff.

Navigation for this site is provided by the links on the left of the screen.

* Note: The Vehicle OEM Database page has an "OEM Search" button that allows documents to be retrieved by simply selecting only the vehicle manufacturer.  Optionally, if desired, data can be entered into the Model, Year, Filename, or Description areas to limit the search, but is not necessary.
