Developing a Working Team/Project Management – Working internally to accomplish your goals.  Helping your staff understand OBD, making sure you have all the right support players and that everyone understands their role in making it happen.  Developing a program that your stakeholders will support and hints at how to be successful. Presenters will include states that are now in the implementation and maintenance phases.  Presentations to include case study/timeline.
