Welcome to the National OBD Clearinghouse

To facilitate better understanding of On-Board Diagnostics (OBD) technology, the National Center for Automotive Science & Technology at Weber State University has established the National OBD Clearinghouse through a US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) grant.

To meet the challenge, the National OBD Clearinghouse facilitates communications, resolves issues and conveys accurate and timely OBD information between public officials and the automotive industry.

To achieve this goal, the Center will work through its steering committee with its partners in the automotive industry to gather and share information on OBD technology and regulatory requirements with public officials and their staff.

Added: 03/11/2015
We wanted to take a quick survey of our state programs to get a feel for which states allow the results from remote sensing to count toward their emissions required testing. If someone from each state would please respond back to Nick Positano, we would appreciate the information. njpositano@hotmail.com Thanks, IM Solutions Forum, Inc., Board of Directors
